THRILL SEEKERS HIRE LTD TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STAFFED/CORPORATE HIRES CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING
If the games, entertainments, activities or Inflatables you require are available, we will hold your booking for 7 days while a booking contract will be sent to you, one copy for your records and one to sign and return to Thrill Seekers Hire Ltd. PLEASE NOTE: we only hold bookings for 7 days. The contract needs to be checked and signed, then returned to us with a deposit to confirm your booking. The signed booking contract must be received within the period agreed, 7 days. Bookings for events within less than 14 days will require full payment when returning the contract unless by prior agreement. A booking is not confirmed by us, until we receive the signed contract and the deposit. At the top of the contract will be a reference number, which must be quoted on all correspondence Please send your completed booking contract with the deposit of £200 or full payment if within 30 days to the following address.

All cheques payable to: Thrill Seekers Hire Ltd or Bacs Payment:details by request FINAL PAYMENT: remaining payment is required 30 days prior to the actual event dateunless otherwise agreed. AMENDED/CANCELLED BOOKINGS: All amendments to bookings must be negotiated through Thrill Seekers and confirmed in writing.
Cancelling an event, inflatable or any other activity will be subject to the following terms:
More than 60 days before the event start date 25% of events cost
30 to 60 days before the before the event start date 50% of events cost
Less than 30 days before the event start date 100% of events cost
All deposits will be held against cancellation charges PLEASE NOTE: Hover Cars or Krazy Cars or Speed Karts or Motor Horses: Due to the nature of mechanical appliance we cannot always guarantee the running of these items. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.
INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS: As we cannot guarantee weather conditions we would recommend that the client takes out event insurance to cover their event. We reserve the right not to operate or to close down any activities if we deem them unsafe due to bad weather conditions. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.
SITE LOCATION, FACILITIES & CONDUCT:Hired equipment will be set up in one location only as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once unloaded. The company reserve the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is deemed to be unsuitable by our delivery personnel or if the client has failed to notify the company of any delivery obstructions such as stairs or excessive loading distances from our vehicle to the installation site. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.
The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to start of event, during & after the event..
The company reserves the right to cease operation and remove hired equipment from site if at any time a representative of the company feels that guests or clients conduct endangers the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the hired equipment. At no time will any level of abuse against our staff be tolerated. In all such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to the company.
If the client wishes to charge their guests to use the equipment, they must provide a person to do so. At no time will our staff deal with any monies on the event. All prices quoted (unless stated on quote) will be priced for connection to an electric supply. Wewill not supply generators on jobs we are not staffing. INSURANCE & SAFETY: All equipment supplied by Thrill Seekers is covered by Full Employers & £5M Public Liability Insurance. All equipment is rigorously maintained, tested and serviced.
Risk Assessments are available for all equipment on request.
All our staff are polite, friendly, trained and wear our smart company clothing. (unbranded clothing is available on request for promotional, agency & sub contract work)
